Mr. Okeosola, Adewale Atidade
With over three decades of executive leadership, Mr. Okesola Adewale Atidade stands as a distinguished business strategist, accomplished entrepreneur, and visionary leader in the logistics, outsourcing, and environmental management industries. As the Chief Executive Officer of Temi Environmental Ltd., he has been instrumental in positioning the company as a trusted name in fumigation, janitorial services, project management, and environmental consulting in Nigeria.
Mr. Okesola began his professional career in 1979 at the West African Examination Council (WAEC) as a clerical officer, where he honed his skills in administrative organization and operational diligence. His journey progressed through critical accounting and auditing roles at Ajibade Durojaiye & Co. (Chartered Accountants), and later, as Executive Officer, Investment Portfolio with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF). These formative years provided him with a deep understanding of financial systems, governance, and interbank reconciliations, preparing him for the dynamic world of entrepreneurship.
In 1996, Mr. Okeosola ventured into the private sector, founding multiple companies across construction, facility management, logistics, and environmental services. His business ventures evolved into a consortium under the umbrella of DEE ATDADE GROUP, comprising Dee Atidade Nigeria Ltd., Ayomade Ventures Ltd., and Temi Environmental Company. Through these entities, he has built a legacy of excellence, known for delivering value-driven solutions to both government and private-sector clients across Lagos, Osun, Oyo, and Ondo States.
Under his leadership, Temi Environmental Ltd. has emerged as a high-performance organization that not only meets but exceeds environmental safety standards and corporate hygiene benchmarks. He has consistently demonstrated a talent for rescuing stalled projects, streamlining resources, and inspiring teams to deliver under tight deadlines. His ability to bridge strategy with execution, coupled with his people-focused management style, has cemented his reputation as a results-oriented leader.
Academically, Mr. Okeosola is well-grounded with an impressive educational pedigree. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic, a Graduate Diploma from RIXCEL Institute of Management Studies, UK, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, London. His pursuit of executive excellence continued with an Executive MBA from Metropolitan Business School Dubai and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chichester, UK.
